Step 1. Conceptualization
Every project starts with a concept or idea. Send us your inspirations and visions for your home and/or business.

Step 2. Drawings & Permits
Once your vision is established we can begin the process of creating drawings. If required, permits and inspections will be completed to ensure your project complies with codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations. Permitting can take anywhere from 14 days (minor applications) to 21 days or more (major applications).

Step 3. Estimation
When we have established the size of your project, drawings, and permitting, we can begin the estimation and quoting phase. Here we will factor in materials and trades necessary in realizing your vision (see more on pricing below).

Step 4. Construction
Once you approve the quote, we can begin the construction process where the plans and designs are turned in into reality.

Step 5. Project Completion and Final Walkthrough
After completion of the construction and design phase, you can expect a final walkthrough to address any potential remaining issues or deficiencies that may come up before enjoying your new space.
